What is the County Cup Hockey Tournament?
fo

The County Cup Hockey Tournament was formed to give the "AAA" caliber player a chance to showcase himself in a very exciting and new concept. For once, teams will be put together the way they should be, based on where a player lives. Players will then have the opportunity to compete against other counties in Massachusetts and other states in New England.

There will be no recruiting wars. There will be no stacked tournament teams and there will be no tough player decisions. You play for the county or state you live in, period. The Directors feel that this is a tournament that is more dynamic than your normal tournament. The concept adds a flavor of excitement that has been missing in “AAA” youth hockey for many years. The chance to play against your winter teammates and friends who live very close to you, but in different counties, should be very intriguing. Please join us and make this great opportunity a lasting hockey memory for your child and the whole family.

We hope to see you in the rinks. NECC Directors
